SAFETY & TECHNICAL TRAINING
MGE operates an ongoing program for Safety & Technical Training for office and field personnel.  In addition to keeping operations safe and efficient, safety and technical training allows MGE to adapt to our customers changing needs due to changes in regulations or technology. Continuous education from the field and classroom affirms the commitment to our workforce to provide them the skills needed to deliver a level of service that exceeds the customer’s expectations.

ANNUAL SAFETY TRAINING DAY
Every year MGE dedicates one day to gather every single employee into one room to focus on what makes the Company great…which are the people. MGE provides trainings on everything from safety procedures to best practices. The group setting allows all perspectives to be represented and appreciated by the team, which in turn encourages participation from all team members. MGE succeeds and fails as a team.
